Default Thrust and Twist

I had taken a little hiatus and have returned. With fresh eyes im re-examining the issue of bloodlets and min dmg. So I propose a skill that works in 1 of 2 different ways.

Weaponry Lv 60
Thrust and Twist

1. At level 100, this skill gives your bloodlets a 25% chance to "double attack", causing 2 consecutive bloodlets off of 1 strike.

OR

2. At level 100, this skill brings your bloodlet to 1.5x its normal value without use of this skill.

I like, but it would only make sense for whips and slashers.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

how do you stab a person, then twist the blade if you had a whip? Slasher might work, same principle, but its pretty cumbersome to do it with a sword, piercer makes sense.

But i like it, pretty good idea
