Why soloing is best for leveling....

A party of 3 lvl 7's gets 650exp for killing a lvl 9 monster. A lvl 7 soloing a lvl 6, gets 1476 exp per monster.

Although grouping is obviously necessary for bosses.

P.S. that's with group acumen lvl 10

Very true Phat; that is why Group soloing FTW. I play with my three characters in squares side by side for assistance if one of them gets a random boss.

I am killing creatures of same level/one level higher and the xp kicks ass.

That's exactly how I roll. It makes traveling more exciting anyways.

More exciting? not really, I have one char lead in my group that will have Accel turned on, that way I get less encounters, and then use all three to kill an enemy uber fast.

Oh, well I'm more about the journey and less about the destination, lol.

I don't travel much though...I totally skipped Scorchedlands and fern grove, went straight through Spruce Woods to moss lands...then I was like ****, I want to go to dungeon, but didn't have torches, so I skipped that and went to the plains...so I'm not in to travelling much...lol

sounds like your missing out on a lot of quests adamska also you will need to go to dun later on regardless if you want to could enter north dread as the lvl 2 boss of dun drops the travel gear you need for north dread

Yea, I'll get there eventually, I'm just grinding for level right now.

Hi all, new to the forum, playing on and off one week now, enchanter 4th lvl as I speak. I am soloing because of two reasons, one if you cannot solo then their is not enough flexibility in the game and second, I live in Morocco, play using mobile connection on my laptop and either I cannot guarentee meeting times with others or I suffer lag depending on where I am at (i travel alot for my work).

Having said that, i am enjoying this very much, so far so good soloing, killed three bosses by myself, perhaps a bit harder or takes a bit longer but as one of you said, it is the adventure that counts more than getting there!
