Default Gem Tempering

Same price as an armor or weapon temper, tempered gems will heal/damage/resist etc (temper level)% more and have a 20% chance to resist being shattered.


nowhere close to a final, refined idea, just the first thing that came to mind

post your ideas on gem tempers

lol. i'd like it if they all could have hitpoint tempers on! a total of 36295 with all armour/gems etc max tempered!!
