NEW ARCHERY SKILL: pin

ok, i was just thinking movies...action movies...with sharp projectiles, like arrows. i was just think that maybe you could hit a mob or person in the arm which would pierce their flesh and pin them to the wall. this would be a very tough shot obviously, and would be mainly used by high dex archers, as you would probably miss a lot. you also wouldnt deal too much damage, as its just really hitting some of their muscle, but mainly their skin. now it could miss either way, shoot too inside and deal more damage but no pin, or miss all together.

now, does anyone support this.....
