Default I know what to do with runes :-D
Maybe make it so when we disassemble a rune - we get a small amount of potions that does the potion effect (but for an hour then disappears - like all pots). Since runes are weak compared to pots - maybe allow it to be 200% or 300% the rune effect.

i reckon it is pointless, will make runes useless as runes. also its un-needed. but at least its a decent suggestion, im not saying its bad coz i cba with change :P
