Glitchless
Most Everyone is crying or complaining, and asking for compensation. It specifically says in your ToU that you don't guarantee service.
I would just like to say thank you for working hard to fix the problem and also for offering compensation though we don't require it.

I'm not brown nosing I'm just tired f the posts demanding something that isn't owed to them, and letting him no I"m appreciative for the services he provides us. He works hard to try and keep the player base happy. And we always don't return the kindness.

Lol I agree. I've just been ignoring the demands for compensation, been mostly just drunken chatting with the nodiatis facebook group :P

I agree Mel. I work in the IT industry - and I have been involved in disaster recovery processes like this. You can train and test over and over and over and everything seems to go well. But the real thing never goes according to a script. As long as you do not loose time against your accounts be it standard or premium then you should be happy. If you think you are tired and frustrated because you can not play - think how frustrated the IT guys working on this issue are - some of them still may not have gotten any sleep yet!!!!!
