Default New Skill: Fist Faster
Decreases the delay when using only fists by 0.5% per point in this skill.
Any additional thoughts/ modifications would be welcome

Fist Faster is a perfectly acceptable name! I don't see why you immature people are relating to anything other than punching more rapidly.

Though, because of immature people, here are some alternate names that won't cause anyone to think anything lewd:

Fisting
Super Fisting
Speed Fisting
Ultra Fist
