Default Chat levels
How about a separate chat line called 'newbie' for those under level 6 (5 and below). 5 and below cannot get on Civil/Uncivil until they hit level 6. This stupid stuff happens all the time and is ridiculous.

And people 20+ can see/answer questions on the newbie line.

lol /c is only said to be civil to fool people in it.
/c is actually /channelforimbecilesnoobsspammersandbuyingstuff

Also Malc, there is something called the IGNORE feature.

Why should I turn off my chat because of some stupid troller? And yes, I can iggy. This isn't about me however, this is about those younger players that get on. Some kids as we all know are younger than 13, whether they have permission or not. If Glitch cannot/willnot IP ban this idiot, who btw, logged on again today under a new name, then at least limit the exposure. Maybe it's not a 'newbie' line. Maybe Glitch just adds a feature to automatically put an IP range on lockdown, so similar to an IP ban, except they can still play, but auto-restricted to uncivil. That would be fine too. And then they have to get permission to be allowed into civil.

there are under 5s who are important to the nod community- level 4s that PKers use to quickly get back to PKing, half of Mel's alts, etc...

no im being serious.

i dont have chat on cause there are a bunch of annoying ****tards in there. yeah i cant talk to some friends cause of it, but its better then putting up with the **** constantly.
