Default Are 3 angel arena teams broken?

I'm sure someone has an opinion on this. Is this really working as intended? Seems incredibly broken as far as a tactic goes, and far beyond any other class abilities in how much it effects the course of a battle so far in what i've seen.


Thoughts?

So 2 people think having 3 bring everyone back from the dead buttons cued up in a row, is not game breaking in arena? *is confused*

That would be stupid, it would be better to dont let ur self/friends die... so see it as a huge heal, when you die you lose all your gems and especially since they (i hope) are casters... would hurt even more.

i have a three angel team that consists of whipper crusher and healer not all angels are casters many ppl use it just for the ability

Shame on you, best potential of the angel is to heal not to kill. You would do better with a bm if you want that kind of toon.

yea but that huge heal helps a ton thats why i use it and they are also toons im gonna go PK with so that revive helps too

An interesting point Cinderskin,
I am bewildered why people only think of 3 angel team of low levels?

A team of 3 angels that are lvl 85 and are quite strong can work wonders in arena or anywhere else I guess..

Sure it requires some work, but it could be one of the teams that is impossible to beat..

well if you look at it from more narrow metrics, comparing the ability strictly against other classes abilities, relative to there usefulness in pvp, the angel ability is just head and shoulders above the others. You essentially have to kill 3 players + (1x .5x3) 4.5 more players wortha hp. it's pretty obsence. Now im not in arena for anything but a little drop boost myself, but holy balance issue batman!

sounds like abels group.

they have 1 angel and 2 paladins. all 3 class abilities are heals.

you have the angel use theirs first when almost dead and voila full health again, then almost kill em again, and 1 of the others use a heal, and almost kill em yet again, and once again their health is filled and you have to kill em yet again.

but by then they have no more CA, and their team is weak enough as a group that a decent team can kill them even with this happening

I agree that fighting Angels in the Arena is anoyying, but that doesn't always make it head and shoulders above the rest. I fought a team with 2 Angels in it yesterday. My team was a 55, a 56, and me @ 79. Their team was a a 75, and 2x mid-60's chars. We lost... um... 0 ppl. If you have a good enough team, you need more than just a once-every-10-minute-mega-heal. Not saying it's not an uber CA. Not saying it's easy to counter. But then again, if Nod wanted everything to be perfectly even, whippers would have gotten a nerf a long time ago. And whippers in 1v1 > Angel CA in 3v3.

the fact is with best gems, armour and weapons and maxed stats and skills an angel would win in any fair fight in 1v1 or 3v3 against the same build(s).

tell me how that isnt considered op?
