Hahaha Cocc, theres skills that only activate when target is below 20% if he is 21% they wont activate and you will lose A LOT, trust me.... just an example, Holy Clutch, u could heal 20% extra if you just wait 1 second pretty much, but you can never be sure when is that exactly.
Read skills more and you will understand how helpful this idea could be.
