Quickslots

Ok this idea I have in mind right now is specifically for my pets, because I have an attack pet and a healing pet but can't use them both at the same time. I can however, swap them in battle by going into my inventory.

The problem is, I like to swap a lot, its extremely useful for a beastmaster to swap pets to get the most out of them as the flow of combat demands. Going into my inventory all the time to swap is an annoying process currently, as I can't see my gems and handle the rest of battle normally.

So could we have some quickslots somewhere on the battle interface that would allow us to perform these swaps mid-battle? It could be set up to work with weapons/shields as well perhaps?

I was thinking you could also make it a togglable feature so that it wouldn't take up screen room for people who don't need/want to use it.

Perhaps a battle interface update of this sort could be bundled in with the update in which we get to see friend/enemy gems.

Very good idea there Somneil, you could set up some hotkeys in the meantime.

well to my understanding you can use 2 pets when you reach lvl 30 petmanship so is this suggestion on swapping between the 2 pets you can have equipped or between a petslot and backpack

Yea, later on we will look back on it and think it was a noobish request...lol

I would still want it when I get the ability to use 2 pets because I would want to alternate between 2 attackers, 2 healers, or 1 healer/1 attacker and that would still require swapping.

It's about swapping between pet slot and backpack, yes.
