Default Passive Skill Rate

Maybe I'm just a newb, but...

The way I read the P***ive Advancement skill is that you start out with your p***ive skill rate being 50% what your P***ive Learning rate is.

When you hit 100 in P***ive Advancement, it says your P***ive Skill rate is the same-ish as your P***ive Learning rate.

This means that each skill increase should add .5% to the rate to make it that much closer to the P***ive Learning rate.

However, the way it's worded, it makes it sound like your P***ive Skill rate will be 150% what your P***ive Learning rate is.

Am I missing something? And does this even make sense? Thoughts??

It starts out at half learning skill speed. By the time you get to 100 skill you've added 100% speed ie doubled it thus bringing you to the same speed as learning skills go up.

So you're adding 1% to the base of 50. I was thinking that you had it set to 50% of the rate... I don't know why. Probably has something to do with still being up at 5 am. Thanks for the explanation.

Something I'm curious about - is the passive advancement rate calculated against the base learning speed or the 'advanced learning' speed? i.e if you increase advanced learning, does that affect non-learning passive skills indirectly as well?

I don't think so Kellisa, as it says it increases the rate of which learning skills go up, although if you increase that, and then the description of passive learning skill says that it matches the Learning skill rate, would it increase that?
