E-Check option is gone

I used to pay with e-check all the time and now i cant bliss since i cant find that option.

Is it going to be like that? because i know a lot of people who used to be able to pay only with that option.

The problem is, if you dont pay with that option you get soulbound tcs... so could you let me know if that option will be back ( e-check) or maybe you can change the SB tcs of other options?
