Default national resource decay day
all resources have a 99% chance to decay for 1 day at reset

this will help by removing surplus from the market making resourcers more needed and help to boost the crafting system


ps. will also clear out my storage kthxbai

hate it... high tier resources.. atleast the more popular 1/2 of them are already expensive as ****.. IF YOU CAN FIND THEM AT ALL... this will tripple or quadruple their prices
