Permanent Death for PKKers

You should be able to flag yourself as a PKK. This gives you:

-25% more gold/trophies
-PKs can loot all of your items(even if the pk attacks first) but cannot permakill you.
-You can attack PKs that are down to 10 levels lower than you even if the PKs have 5-level ranges.
-You cannot turn off PKK mode for a few weeks

People that are not flagged as PKKs can still PKK, but it is much more difficult:

- Red flashing faces only display to PKKs.
- PK announcements only appear to PKKs.

How about this: you can OPTIONALLY become a renegade PKK. If you kill a PK, all their items become unsoulbound, however, if a PK successfully kills you, you will suffer perma-death. You cannot redeem from being a renegade PKK.
