Nice staff! Really nice staff! I can do crits over 600 if I had this:





However, what worries me about this epic is that 69 wizardry is already insane. I've got more things to click then I can at times between the incantation rune, and divination skill. even replay is another skill that hastens draws. Capped casters I know keep their wizardry at around75. 80 is generally where they stop because anything beyond is somewhat unworkable.

I really really love the staff but perhaps the proc can be changed. I'd even take a poison/bleed effect but another defensive staff like mes would be to my best interest.

yeah i can barely draw gems and use them at my pace, faster would be insanely annoying, i want vampiric mana and energy :]

Well, all I can say is that I'm shocked. I've discussed this issue with several other capped casters and the consensus seems to be that wizardry is a skill that we should not level too much. Even at a wiz of 69, I've missed a few gem draws because of that 1 second penalty thing (now thinking its actually closer to 2 seconds). There's a lot of placing and clicking when it comes to casting.

69 wiz +r3 range haste is really nice and fast.

Heres my PL pouch No flare up because the guy I PL holds it up.

The delay is 1.5 secs and Imagine how many dots you could pull out with that haste. you would have a better chance of getting replenishers once you had your recastables out.
