Overpowered Builds for PvE, Vote Here
We like to ensure our players have a healthy ragefest about class/build balance. Vote for who you think is currently best at besting the creatures of Nodiatis and write a description also if you so please. Don't bother explaining how your class is underpowered, we already know you think that!

Dual whip users easily are the most OP for pve in my mind. How come the only people who solo the top bosses are whip users? Never a caster, never an archer. Nough said.
That being said, my 2nd pick would have been casters and their ability to kill mobs in 1-2 crits with gems <2 seconds. Also the fact that a single powerful DD'er can kill a boss in about 7 mins with a tank team when a completely balanced team with no DD'er cannot kill the same boss due to their low dps w/o gems in 25 mins.

Agree totaly with distruction
i can't see the point in this poll, we all know who the top 2 class's in nod are and glitch your doing nothing to redress the balence if anything you've made them more powerful with gems/aura's and buffs while the rest of the class's are left eating there dust!

The only thing casters have going against them in pve is hero mode. Without a tank, I don't know of any caster who can survive hero mode and kill effectively.

Even more overpowered than DW whip users are the bow users with DW whips. They get the extremely high damage from their bows, high damage from pets, and high healing from the whip/pet.

damn i hate this. i really don't care about the heals or growls. they are only needed against black mobs. or in pvp. they are worth nothing against orange/red mobs. and these are what most people are farming.
fine by me. nerf it! but don't mess with the offense of whip users. its NOTHING compared to casters or archers.

Nothing new to say, that hasn't been said.
1. Casters - by far the best rate of exp gain, trophy loot, and number of kills per hour of rrt.
2. Whip users. No need explaining.

glitch im wondering & little bit concern why u let the initial ingenuity of creating a nice game that makes me addicted and others as well be let out in a drain with the subjective whining
and ohhh... here's a simple tips of beating a high level boss:
PWNing a boss = buy/use/grind tons of TCs + spend more time playing+ eating lots of trophies + make most skills 90+ as possible
and i think that way you can let others eat your dust coz they have lower skill levels than yours ---> isn't it common sense and logical that more is better than less???

I voted DD casters b/c it's obvious how fast we can farm. And certain people can obliterate bosses with their 99 gems.
But you know what's the real threat,to pve?
...Bloodlets. Bosses are the most OP with their bloodlets. If you're gonna fix pve, start by adjusting or creating a skill to help against illogically-high bloodlets!

Using the top list on boss kills as a measurement is just plan silly dest. Take a look at the experience levels of these toons and you will see that that is more of a usefull measurement.
In pve, most people farm red mobs and down, dual whip users are average at best in speed of kills. BM skills after all are defensive in nature and helps you to stay alive by outlasting your opponent, not kill it faster. This helps ( actually it should be a past tense helped due to recent patches ) with pvp but that has been addressed. There is no danger of getting killed by a mob thus the advantage of bm skills to "out last" in pve farming has lost all its meaning. PVE is not about surving a fight with a mob but the speed of kills and whip users are far down the line in terms of speed of kills. Just take a look at the thread of "screen shots" and see the evidence of who makes the fastest kills.
Let this thread not turn into another mob style witch hunt

I agree with Manga.
The people that are considered "OP'ed" probably deserve it. That means they have either spent thousands of dollars and/or hundreds of hours on this game farming and working on their toons. I've done both for sure.
Sanlucifer wasn't always a good caster, but I bet he's played this game for a long time.
As for Pve, I'd say Casters... crits+just a few seconds delays between gem attack = win. There are other things involved such as Class enhancements, Stat enhancement, Class Specialization the list goes on and on, for pve though I'd have to say casters. At least as far as quick kills+damage.

from what it seems people are considering attacking as the only way to be OPed.
you need to realise that to be truly OPed you need to have your DEFENSE OPed aswell.
which is why i believe casters are truly OPed.
a caster generally has no defense, or next to no defense for the most part. which is compensated by the damage they do.
BUT (im gonna make alot of people laugh here)
I believe that the most OPed class for high end black mobs, is a Piercer. This is cause of their high min damage. and that is the ONLY reason they are OP against high end black bosses. simply cause they can do more damage faster then someone else.
but overall id say Whip users, as they are able to farm easily, and then tank high lvl bosses due to pet heals and the skills they have.

I think whips are very powerful and so are DD casters, especially for boss killing.
Healers, and 2 handers are just a waste of member-space inside the party.
You only really need whips and DD as far as I'm concerned for boss hunting.

my vote is for whip users using rabid aura other whip users are weaker PvE and actuallly balanced but that extra 25-50% boost in pet dps makes the rabid aura cause them to dominate PvE also
my second vote is for casters but they deserve it they are shafted everywhere else
