OOC Regen
With all this extra HP from tempers it would be nice if out of combat regen sped up as time went by. So 2 secs after battle u regen at 11hp/tick, 10 secs after battle 20 hp/tick, 20 secs after battle 33hp/tick, etc. etc. etc.
The way I farm heroic mobs is I keep fighting mob after mob w/o regen time in b/t battles until I feel I will no longer survive the next battle. Like many other players, my recovery stats are rather low, so it takes 4-5 minutes to fully regen again for the next haul. This seems silly as my rrt/rt stops ticking w/in 6 secs or so of me finishing combat. This extra time just sitting just seems silly.

agreed. I've talked to a good # of other players about an issue like this.. It drains the entertainment value out of the game for sum. Maybe if you have the grinder upgrade and premi time, you instantly regen when ur rrt stops draining ooc.
This is also because of duels. Like u've said, many players have low reg.. and are forced to wait around 10-15+ mins after each duel.. many have even gone as far as purchasing a staff and a big heal gem to repeatedly fight Tway mobs and cast the heal repeatedly for 4 mins to heal up after trying to enjoy the dueling side of the game. it's a major drag and would be awesome if, at least, you could start all duels like arena - full health/mana/nrg.
The auto-pvp equipment makes u start with less than full bars when dueling, and would be pointless to have for any nonarena match if this isnt corrected.
The only downside i can see to this is the exploitable 'get low on health in pve then duel an alt right after when you dont have the grinder/premi upgrades' deal. that can be solved by restricting the instaheal only to those with the upgrades
It would be one of those 'another awesomely successful patches that make the game constantly better' dealies.

i have to disagree this would be like a kick in the balls to us who actually invest large ammounts into the regeneration stat

Regeneration helps w/ combat as you slowly regen in combat as well. And save precious rt/rrt. What I am talking about is cutting down on the lenghthy periods of time when rrt/rt is not being used and combat is not being affected.

I agree 100%.
Increasing the rate of OOC regen once RT/RRT stops burning will seriously improve the game.
I've seen a lot of players in other games that realize that the game mechanics of "so and so game" are not worth the trouble, and often gamequit over less. On another note, the business aspect of this is just plain ludicrous. Managers of any business know full well that you do NOT want to keep your customers waiting.
The current system does exactly that, and can be extremely frustrating to top it off.
I've almost game quit on Nod several times already.

We can see your point, but this is the price you pay for having such a lopsided build. Not having enough regen could end up costing you IRL minutes despite you making such efficient use of your rested time.

The auto-pvp equipment still makes u start with less than full bars when dueling, and is still pointless to apply to any nonarena match.
It shouldn't autoswitch you to that set if it's not gonna give u full bars in regular duels imo.

if you're going to be dueling just manually switch to your pvp set before you start dueling and heal to full, simple.

Altough I do like the idea.. here's a con... Say a PKK gets a PK to a fight and when very close to death the PK, who does have grinder and accel, escapes, more people is hunting him and even thou they get to force him soon enough, he already healed to max when he should be on low health....
I was considering what rogue said about 3 x regen when ooc and was thinking it was right. but it is already implied in Accel..
Say you combat in 60 secs and regen for another 30 before u start next one.. If u do not have accel, for 3 mobs you send 270 secs RRT
Now with accel, u fight in 60 secs, but loose 180 secs RRT then you regen for 30 secs, loosing 90 sec rrt.. total 270 secs rrt.. This is only for one fight but you got triple exp and triple loot/drops so it is ok

I would like to see REG boosted, not for saving ANY form of rt, but for using as a defensive tactic in combat. I could care less about out of combat healing as I put enough into REG that I can fully heal in a smaller amount of time, it also helps being a Regener ofc...
IN combat REG needs to be fixed, more than the hypergen. I would suggest an Epicgen - giving 100% ooc rec in combat. This way no one is saving rt from having 0 rec, and those that put into rec are actually beneftitting more than saving rt.

100% ooc is a bit much but making it maybe 50% ooc stacking with current skills would be great
