Arena - Group Variety
I think it sucks that a group loses 1/3 of its rating when someone leaves.
Lemme explain why:
It encourages that you stick to the group which is ok - BUT when someone goes afk or sleep or whatever the group goes inactive, emptying the arena in the long run.
Right now there are like 2-3 teams in the arena at 4am server time.
Simply coz some went to sleep rendering their group inactive coz they dont wanna leave the group coz of the rating lose.
IF now there was no rating lose, they would just get someone else while the person that dropped out isnt available. Thus effecting the actvitiy in the arena.
So rather give the ppl that stick to eachother a bonus (like after 3days of same team, let the rating grow tickwise) instead the lose rating part.
Atleast for me the arena is way underused right now.
And coz of the rating lose u mostly encounter the same unbeatable or weak groups over and over again.

i agree to this one and hope glitch can get rid of that 1/3 rating drop. it will surely encourage players to group and play oftenly in the arena thus make it more livelier.
kudos for this nice idea! and glitch hopefully will make change and immediate effectivity.
save the amazin idea of 3v3 arena glitch!

while were at it.. dont make full lvl 80 groups encounter lvl 30 groups.. thats just pathetic.

I support, I have already lost 722 total rating and am back down to 570ish right now, it does suck.

or make it a 6 man team on which the 3 are the substitutes to address the issue of different player time zones  there are lots of times that arena is lonely like a grave  so inject flexibility to make it a party!!!

If we did this we'd have to change the temper requirement to the individual rating and have individual rating reset at the end of each season. We'd also need a second individual rating value that didnt reset each season for matchmaking purposes, but it is something we are considering.

addendum to 6 man team:
the 3 man substitution gives an option to players on the same team to give way to any teammates who wish to do arena battles/token farmin or undisturb trophy farming/TC grindin
