this means i can use epics now
(sorry, that didnt come out right, if i could pay i would, seriously, but i cant)
i already have 2 virts, so its not exactly half (hopefully virts will be needed for heroic/legendary items)

maybe i went ott, but i dont see the benifit, surely by letting every1 use epics means less income jeff? and those that do spend money will get to cap easier and not play the game as much, this will just raise TC prices

really not sure what i think of this patch i mean its going to effect a lot who knows it might end up being a good thing but im assuming it means that soon theres gonna be legendary and not long after that virts may be brought back to there original exp amount.

Assuming this patch goes through virtues will never be necessary to equip any items including heroic items when they come out. They will continue to be necessary to actually sell or trade away those items, however.
The entire premise behind having to pay to use an item that you had dropped left a sour taste in the mouths of many gamers and we wish to undo the damage that was done. The power of virtues remains great, however. Allowing you greater profit from your epics and now with the double experience bonus if you have all 30 virtues they are arguably more powerful than ever.

maybe u can include buying them to that list of things that u cant do without virts
maybe must have at least 2 virts to never need any more to equip only as well? that way when u get ur first epic drop u decide to pay $10 at least to be able to use all u get
