double bonds affect on tempers

can u add the effect to description also dont think it is enough to make up for staff users not being able to use a bowset when i can use 2h slasher and bowset all tempered and get this bonus maybe staves can get there own bonus on em to balance this

doubling it lvl 100 double bond still only makes up for difference in dw to 2h staff users will still not have as much effect as 2h slash or crush with a bowset on and the fact that u have to lvl double bond to double the effect of the temperance on a 2h is kinda unfair specially at lower lvls think more balancing needs to be looked into this really
