so are we getting dominance and territory for winning in the arena? or did that get thrown out

I think this is better. The Arena does not need to be tied in with clans right now. Depending on how the next major patch is implemented this might or might not need to be changed, but right now it's appropriate, given terr and dom is only tied to runes.
