x1 gives u 80 HP at lvl 80
x2 gives u 160 HP at lvl 80

if u do x2 first, u don't need to do x1

if u do x1 and then x2

glitchless said that Double Bond will affect temper bonuses as well. i got 80 hp like everyone else what is he talking about.

Temper Lvl * Player Lvl
