Didn't see that one coming.
Question Relic: How come you are always the one to start the discussion thread when someone gets banned for botting ?

Because nobody else did, and community thoughts & discussion on botting are important. Players who are thinking about trying botting need to know the consequences before they travel that path.
Even more so than a permaban of course, Trojans, & Keyloggers.(<-can do more than steal your Nodiatis account info) and all that good stuff.
Quote:
Note that all forms of botting are illegal in Nodiatis and will result in the loss of your account. Equally as dangerous are the people attempting to distribute fake bots infected with keyloggers that are used to steal your account information so they can log on to your account and take your valuables.
Also be aware that some players are linking sites posing as Nodiatis info/chat sites in hopes that you will make an account on that site using the same login info that you use for Nodiatis. Don't be fooled by this, never use your Nodiatis account password anywhere else.

The conversation will ultimately devolve to him making up a story about his innocence and demanding to know our methods of detection. Since explaining our methods would make it quite easy for bot makers to circumvent detection it's not something we are willing to divulge. Suffice to say, we would not ban a paying cusomter unless we were absolutely certain they were botting which we definitely were.

On a side note Im a bot and im gonna hax all the gold in NOD then raise TC prices to 500k a pop.....muahahah
I can solve jeff's botting troubles...make everyone have the same gameplay as casters....would be quite difficult to make a bot to run a caster, effectively... or at least alot more difficult than only having to press a single attack button.
I also vote to implement a random "loot all" chest to appear just like the gold chest to end the senseless drag and dropping once and for all...oh yeah and travel mode one minute delay is annoying as hell.
Im sounding like a broken record bot.
Someone turn my volume up please.

While that would enhance overall gameplay imo (the click autoattack and wait to loot screen is bloody boring), there is no reason whatsoever why an effective caster bot can't be made. As a matter of fact, it will be more effective than any human player can be. The amount of decisions and cases are not unlimited. So a caster bot will never click too late on a certain spell where a player can get distracted by other things, or simply become tired after a few hours of playing.

In order to make your bots more efficient, here are a couple of suggestions: It looks like the bot you made to write your posts for you has a stutter when writing the name "zenga". Also, you might want to try coding in a spell- and/or grammar- checking function.
Edit: Aww... Glitchie deleted whiny-boy's post.
Can I keep mine?

So, umm, MilfHunter and Sherman suspended for promoting Seletchi's return...anyone wonder if their accounts were hacked by Seletchi and he posted that? Wouldn't that be the irony on the cake...

seletchi couldn't hack his way out of a wet paper bag with a machete. the only accounts he got had the same password as their account name or something equally stupid. it's amazing how quickly fanbois promote retards to internet icon status for the most menial achievements.

Oh, I totally agree. Seletchi was just lucky he got whomever. I just can't really imagine anyone stupid enough to actually post saying to bring him back, given what Glitchless said he did all in all. So I was trying to give Sherman and Milf the benefit of doubt.
