Okay, so i have a question, I'm an archer, and i don't do any damage like i should, i've tried going full cnc, full int, and an equal split of the two, but even with that my 36 bow doesn't want to hit over 100. Anyone that can help?

is the arrow you are using too heavy for your bow?

That bow should be able to crit for well over 300 with relative ease.

I don't understand why your damage is so low. Seems really strange.

Like thatperson said, maybe your arrow is too heavy for your bow.

Or perhaps, your int and cnc is too low. Too many low level archers make the mistake of increasing melee when the thing that they should be increasing is magic (int and cnc).

Unfortunately, zc users and other melees, with their incessant boasting about their high melee stat level, lead some archers in the wrong direction.

My arrow is the right weight for my bow, and i have relatively good int and cnc, i just cant seem to do any damage

Skills + epics help. Archers NEED their epic bows at the lower levels till you get to the 70+ archery range.

39 is highly recommended till the 58.

If i could afford the 39, i would go for it, trust me the epics are nice, but i just can't

Are you an archer class, or diff class using the bow?

Agreed, but unless you ridiculously overskill, overstat, and enchant your gear with CNC/INT and DEX, it's hard to look for the damage you are at your level.

I'm a vampire using a bow, but i have seen plenty of these accel without epics

Define 'relatively good' for your int and cnc, then people will probably be able to advise you a little better.

Yes, I'll agree with what has been said about epics, your kill speed is massively improved with the 39 bow, compared to the 36. However, it is perfectly possible to do well with non-epic weapons and bows.

Also, could you post up here what all your archery skills are at, and your character's level, and what level creatures you are fighting. Every detail helps.

I'm not that big on archery skills myself, but having all those details will help others to help you more easily

Every last archer skill i have is over 30. I'm level 34 fighting in skeleton coast mobs 36/36. My int is 218, and cnc is rising over 200 as we speak

In that case, its very odd - I have a level 16 archer alt, using the 13 bowset, and he can crit for well over 100 with that (max non-crit is about 75)

I know, and i've seen people at level 26 with the 36 that crit over 350+ with the 36 rare set, with way worse stats than mine, i'm just starting to think this game hates me

Everything Jon says is 100% correct and exactly what I told you as well.
