Question..

How will/can, Glitchless differentiate between genuine wars and 'farming' wars? Considering how the current statistics work, am certain that there isn't such a measure.

Will there be a cartographic representation of territory gained? Again, will assume the answer is in the negative

Apart from the ability to place runes into the clan vault, what reward system/purpose, if any, will Territory AND Dominance provide? Question is moot again I presume


However, in it's skeletal simplicity, the update/patch is welcomed.

Alright, next idea to impliment: cap raise to 100 on this plane, open PoE into next plane with cap of 200 and more quests/adventuring as opposed to endless farming.

Like this idea immensely.
How about clans getting towns in this territory and gaining some RP from anything spent in the towns.
Don't know how this would work but imagine the fight for t2 LOL

I am not sure if this has already been thought all throughly, but maybe, just maybe:

Each town would have for example 1000 shares. Each share would cost, for example 1k Territory. Each clan can buy at most 5-10% of the shares, so we dont have one clan controlling whole town.

Then it could be not only economical but also political life of Nodi involved. Governing the towns, setting policies and such.

However, since the territory decays. Each new months the share holders are cleared or get their shares halved. So other clans can take part in this as well.

The more shares you have, the more %tax your clan gets from people buying and spending in the town, for example..

Just a thought...

Also how will one define the area that its clan covers ? By walking and setting mileposts ? or each square of the map purchase ??

Will those also be based on the light/dark thingy ?

I believe Flipynifty had already mentioned/discussed taxable farming in enemy territory, albeit ages ago.

Towns are the only neutral area in Nod..think there does need to be such, a safe zone obviously.

if that fails then your always free to either create a clan that will be able to compete with the larger clans and get your own ter, or just dont play. its all your choice.

seems that dosnt really prove anything about a clan, and by the way where exactly does this magical, mysterious Terr and Domm come from when fighting a alt clan that dosnt have any to begin with?? seems a very flawed system

what about rune power?? we know it costs gold, but how does it change from gold?? whats that you say, its a game and doesnt need an explanation :O wow who would of thought.

there will be different ways to earn ter and dom, and thats through teh arena, which means that alt wars wont be used as much to get them, especially since most of the top clans will have alot of people participating in these battles and earning alot of ter/dom that way.
