PK suggestions

Two suggestions:
-Make level restriction upper bound based on highest level attained( for pks and pkks)
ie. pks who have eached level 10 then rerolled to 7 before pk should still be attackable by 2-15(Assuming +-5).
A non pkk who was level 16 should not be able to reroll to get into level requirement

And the one I'd really like to see
- A pk who is forced on can permanent kill his attacker.

i would definitely like to see this. it would give pk's a reason to actually stay and fight as opposed to simply running like we have been doing. And, it would also add an element of risk to the PKK's which as been requested for years now.

this would be cool permanent death to PKK.

lol all the community will kill themselves if this happens or WPack will just cease to exist

Something pretty severe for the pkk who loses but not permadeath.
