Runes -- when?

Ok so its been mentioned that runes will have effects such as increasing our accuracy and possibly even the amount of xp and loot we earn.

I am really anxious to see runes implemented so...

1. After the new payment methods are implemented, how high are runes on the priority list?


2. Are runes in any way going to be pay-to-use type items? (Personally, I hope not.)

I can give a brief, half-assed answer to the second question.

To an extent, yes.

Free accounts have access to 4 slots with which to equip runes. Standard gets a fifth, and the sixth and final slot is only available to Premium accounts.

As far as needing to pay to use individual runes, I doubt it, aside from epic runes. Jeff may at some point make certain high-grade, super powerful runes available for purchase like he did with D*D's in RWK.
