If you're using a piercing weapon, you might want to throw some STR in there. Contrary to popular belief that you can build piercers on pure DEX, Jeff has stated that STR does have some influence as to how often you do maximum damage with a piercer.
I know, blows your mind, doesn't it?

I'm not worried Nomad, my PK set-up will be completely different using Mes, Stun etc, this is my non duel side of the char.

My personal view is:
Making a char with the idea of it being able to solo is WRONG!
This is multiplayer game and offers us the chance to group with up to 2 ppl.
The right path would be to make a specialized char, such as a healer, a dmg dealer, a tank, etc. A group of such chars will always win against a group of chars that try to be polivalent ( sp?)

I'll bet you get hit a lot. :P
But really, assuming you can get to level 25 with just that build (100 melee, 1 in all else) then yeah, you'll swiftly shoot up in levels. You'll probably be getting about... 10k xp per fight (pure estimation) with rt, so that would be like. The first two or three levels in any stat skill per fight :P

u need to be able to solo as well as group, if u cant solo your missing out on your best xp, roughly 5000 in your +17 stat at lvl 13 per lvl 15 kill
but i agree a balanced team works out very well a taunting tank with a dpser and a healer will be able to overcome almost any team of a similar lvl

eventually, my healer will be up there. XD
but i agree, you need to be able to both group and do some soloing.

Yes soloing you get more exp BUT:
1) you must put this exp/ trophies on much more skills to be able to continue soloing.
2)you kill creature slower compared to killing the same creature with group so even though u get more exp u lose more RT.
I dont see point in soloing a part from gathering resources, but once there are more crafters this will be solved too.
The key in this game is to create a stable group with 2 more ppl that are online in the same time as you normally do. With such group you will get much better game experience. I think this will become easier once clans/ guilds are implemented
And what I say is easily proven by the fact that the best player is a guy that plays always in group with his other 2 chars.

HHmmm I dont think you guys are thinking about it like i do..
Group kills - Less Exp
Group Ac- Helps raise exp a lil while in a group
Faster Kills- you'll get that small amount of exp more often
Overall- I think groups get more exp.. unless you go to a low lvl area and solo blues killing them super fast.. getting great exp.. thats a good way to lvl
I just fight in groups so i can lvl all my chars faster... lvling 1 at a time would take way to much time..
