auction suggestion - sorting

same as title just a way to sort the auction differently or possibly even a different layout

sorting by item lvl
sorting by item name
sorting by item type
sorting by seller (currently only option)

filter by town location
filter by price (less than x amount)
sort by price (cheapest to most expensive)
filter by rarity (common, uncommon, rare, epic)

Also I would like before the purchase a message to pop up and alert the seller that player X wants to buy his item. Then the seller can agree or cancel the offer.
This way I can put an item for sell without being afraid it would get bought from a certain player, etc.

Might be interesting if you could put a time limit on an auction and set up a bidding system for it also.

I'm sure Jeff can single-handedly program his own version of ebay.
