so, you make an "UNCIVIL" section....no rules blah blah blah

then you suspend Shermy for posting

then you go on about "over-the-top" pics....who decides where the "top" is?
and could you post such guidelines as to which? i would hate to post a pic, have someone say "too much" and get a "vacation"....becuz i didnt follow the "UNWRITTEN" rules!!

Sherman was suspended after the rule was in place and after reposting pics that were deleted. This was not a rule created by Nikita, this is a company policy to disallow disturbing and potentially illegal content. You don't need Nodiatis forums for that, that's what 4chan is for.

changing the definition of "uncivil" isnt cool.....as in chats, no rules....mebbe get a Mod with a stronger stomach?

Yeah, and illegal content is allowed in 4chan too?

Pretty sure that Child Pornography is universally illegal on all sites.
