Default Passive Advancement Tags/Switches

When we select a skill for passive advancement it would be nice if we could tag it (call the first skill number 1) and assign a level switch to it.

Example, say I am just starting out and I tag Archery as my #1 passive skill and set its switch at level 3. Then I set Suiting as my #2 passive skill and set its switch at level 3. And finally I select Green Magic as my #3 passive skill and do not set a switch on it.

Once activated, advancement will automatically toggle through tags 1 and 2, switching when they reach their assigned benchmark levels and finally switch to tag 3 and continue advancing until further altered by the player.

This might be useful for having a bit more control of what happens passively when we are offline.

BRILLIANT lol =] woot perfect idea... You can't complain about that.. and just in case ppl do.. the only thing they could complain about is having ppl log off for a week and then raising each lvl to 10 :O well whos to say someone doesnt do that now :P they could log on switch it get off.. :P so that isnt a problem.. this is a great idea =]

I dont think Jeff would go for it though, because its like programming a bot directly into the game.

It isn't a whole lot different than the auto stat cycle feature he implemented.

And like someone said, what if someone can't play for a week? That's a lot of wasted passive xp when you get into penalty territory.

Well if your not playing the game...you shouldn't really get huge benifits from it...We are lucky as it is that we have a skill working for us when we are offline =P

I think it's better the way it is, makes you look forward to logging on more and switching your skills around, otherwise you wouldn't even have to log on for days and what's the fun in that! I like logging on every morning and seeing what I need to do

I'm thinking if you like it the way it is, it would be easy to make it togglable like was done with auto stat cycle.

It's a cool idea but the passive system exists to some extent to force people to log on and check their character to change their skills.
