A Solution To PK Permadeaths
Now, as is known, when a player has attacked another player and become a PK'er even normal NPC mobs can cause "Permadeath". This is to prevent PK'ers from using mobs as a means of escape, for example:
You draw an escape gem during a PvP fight, then encounter a mob, let it kill you and therefore manage to respawn in a town.
The solution is simple and would be fair to everyone:
After a PK'er has killed his prey, he can NOT encounter any mobs for a period of 30 minutes from his first fight, this does not get renewed after each fight. To prevent possible abuse, during those 30 minutes, he can not receive adventuring experience and is still fair game to PKK'ers.
This effectively solves the problems created by mob-escape techniques and makes PvP more balanced.

It allows PK's to move at light speed across the map without encountering mobs.

How about enforcing a limited move rule per minute then for PK'ers during those 30 minutes ?

As it is the mobs themselves limit your moves per minute. However, I see another huge exploit in the fact that you could theoretically hide in any level zone without fear of a mob killing you. So as long as you met the minimum entrance requirements, you'd essentially be putting a gauntlet of extremely hard mobs between yourself and your pursuers at no risk to yourself.

There has to be a solution to this, PK'ing should be encouraged but not made almost impossible.

well the idea you made here isnt the solution therefor try to think of something else maybe read some of the other suggestions to get ideas for solutions

Well, I for one think every MMO/RPG needs a fairly suitable way of PK'ing. I just hope Jeff sees reason about this.
Maybe instead of when you get PKK'ed you lose everything but one item of choice and keep your stats. That'd be a fair compromise.

only during the hour a pker is not aloud in town should he be susceptible to permadeath from mobs, at all other times he should have the same death as other players, this prevents the problem of pkers escaping into mobs and still allows pks to fight monsters that arent just white and below without fear

I think the penalty for Pking is too extreme =[ I think it would be cool if there was a designated area for pking.. like On runescape there is the Wilderness where if you die you loose most your gear.. and nothing else.. and be sent back to last town.. or w/e i dont play so i wouldnt know exactly..
Well It would be cool if there was a certain spot to PK and if you Pk'd else where you'd have the Permadeath effect.. but if you pk in the Designated area and die you just loose some gear.. not all because then ppl wouldnt PK there :P Its just fun to Kill other players when Other players are there to kill you.. Hence the designated area  it wouldnt be hard. to find a spot maybe a low lvl zone or hell even a zone near a city or something.. i know it wouldnt happen but it would be cool.. more ppl would have fun.. the pkers would enjoy it..  it wouldnt hurt Non pkers because they just wouldnt go to the Pk zone

Just do the same thing with "blending" then. Your icon only flashes for that 1 hour after pvp combat. While you're outside of that hour your icon appears normal. Easy solution with the blending.
