SPK hunting restrictions
As we all know, the only way to check if someone is a secret PK is to 'force' on them, and see if the confirmations pop up.
Unfortunately, this is probably being overused or even abused by some, who are spam-forcing everyone, just to see what happens.
Might I suggest that there should be some restrictions on the frequency that you can 'spam-force', whether this be a timer (once every 5 or 10 minutes), or a RT burner (burning 5-10 minutes of RT).
Unfortunately, if there are no restrictions on this spam-forcing, this new secret PK spree that is going on will last only a week or so, with all the high levels random forcing on everyone they meet.

Oh, i agree, it should be a risk. But spam-forcing is not really hunting down, is it ? That's where the problem lies at present. The hunters can just lie around, and wait for dinner to come to them outside of town. In the past, they had to go out and hunt it (possibly a poor analogy, but i'm sure you see my point)

no i dont see the point taking out the random forcing would make it way to easy to be a PK so there would be no risk and it wouldnt be a challenge worthy of getting 3x the normal exp so i still strongly disagree

so is being a secret pk actually mean your a PKer? most spk's have never pk'd anyone. I say its fine the way it is. if they wanna hide like pu$$ies then our only option is to to force-spam everyone.

I didn't suggest 'taking out' the random forcing, Thatperson, I purely proposed that there should be SOME restrictions on it - once in every 5 minutes or something similar

In order to do this you have to be in the same zone as the people you are attempting to force combat with. We think this is a reasonable way to search for PKs.

Yeah, but if there is no control to this than most people will not bother becoming a SPK. I am far more less likely to return to using my character if it's just going to be spam killed someday. An SPK has to make an effort to remain hidden, so a SPKK should have more of a challenge as well.

Who needs to be Farming in a conventional spot. Pks need to go to town and use roads at times too. This means board lvl 80's can just sit around a town and spam every face that comes by. SPK is not worth if they can be farmed.

Spam forcing people doesn't actually affect the people being forced on, why is this an issue? If you go SPK, find a nice hiding spot to farm, or just sit in town all day if you're scared.
