Current skill effects

Take for example Rush of Knowledge:

If you have 6 in that skill maybe it could say, "With skills 5.6% chance" after the skill description.

Or Bartering

If you have a 5 in that skill it could say, "4.80% tax with skills"

I realize this is a TON of coding for each skill so maybe they could be added a little bit at a time.

That would be nice, I hate having to calculate all that out :P

do it in lots.

i go for increasing skills by what ever the bonus they add. item stack add 5 every 5 so i increase by 5 then move to next skill. if it add 1% every 10 i increase it to 10.

i dont see what the point of this is if you really want to know you can calculate it yourself without much difficulty
