Default Icon Timers
I think it would be a nice addition to have the cooldown timers that are shown on the continual gems and recastables be used on the condition icons so we know when our burns and regrowths etc. are about to run out.

excellent suggestion... but dont the gems disappear after u use them?...and what about stacked effects?

either it resets the cooldown timer and has it move at the new time or changes the position of the timer upon the stacked effect. The cooldown would be on the burning icon or recovering icon not the gem.

this has been brought up b4 and i support it but i dont think this is something we really need since the DoTs stack....... if they didnt stack then this would be very important
