My overall thoughts on this are,
Excellent skills to the classes that really needed a buff, Healers, DoT'ers, 2Handers, and Shielders.
I also understand the minimal and most useless of skills were placed onto DW and Whip classes because they are already quite powerful.
But, if this is in fact a "complete listing" however, Archery just took the cake, again. More PvP only skills for Archers, Melee is yet to have a single PvP skill.
Disapointing to say the least.
Other than that it looks great, I will not make any assumptions on the outcome of under or overpoweredness until I have Maxed & Tested all of these new skills.
