Make the tops lists sortable

Simply what the title says.

I'd like to be able to click the column headers in the Tops Lists and have the list sort by that column (clicking a second time would reverse the sorting order).

This would be most helpful for Clan related lists, Rune Power, Dom/Terr, etc.. to see which members of your clan are the most/least productive
