Shout restrictions

Jeff. Im happy that the ad campaign has gone well, and that we have an influx of new people playing this wonderful game. But I would really appreciate it if the already considered shout restriction ranges were implemented so as to limit the amount of times i have to ignore people. In beta, the first time i ignored someone was after several weeks. My current ignore list is already in the double digits.
Im almost begging.

I second this and also it would be nice if chat no longer scrolled in the battle part of the screen. Spam on one half of my screen is quite enough. :P
