Keeps it seperate from 'bugging out' with the normal levelup sequence. Atleast, I think it would.
Some dual wielders use archery for an opening shot, but it REALLY isn't that much.

Casters cannot equip ANY archery equipment, due to the staff. Also, staves do NOT need dexterity to hit, only STR. STR for crushing weapons increases accuracy AND damage dealt.

Also, I say NO to this suggestion.

Okay so I was a bit wrong on the str/dex part, but I didn't say anything about anyone equiping anything. Just making use of the stats that would be gained from the hell levels that would be in such skills as archery.

i think it's a good idea. it wont make your account drastically better but it seems reasonable to get 1 extra skill point for having to acquire so much extra experience.
