I am just wondering why TC's bought with Pay-Pal are SB it dosen't make any sense to me and all the other options except mail add to the price by 50%. Was going to buy some TC's today to sell for gold to purchase gear but not at that rate.
Seems to me you might get more TC's sold if unbound via Pay-Pal was an option.

From what I understand, PayPal transactions can be reversed, whereas some of the other options cannot. <SB> TC's will only ever affect your own characters, so it eliminates the possibility of scamming someone else.

and also, a bunch of un bound TC's will flood the market, reducing price.... on second thought, that may not be a bad thing, and make it so that TC bought cant be reversed

Un-soulbound cost more because PBC charges a higher transaction fee than PayPal.

Do ya think? They charge at a rate of you pay for 3 to get 2...kinda close to "Loan-Shark" rates.
