Excellent, detailed idea. The specifics are really what I like about it the most.

Glitchless: Please implement this class immediately using ALL of Qwan's specifications.
I'm think this class should receive a 5% (up to 15% with skills) bonus to free-flowingness.

Free-flowingness, level 80 skill:

Each point in this skill lets you remember 1% more of what you were going to write down to begin with, instead of becoming distracted by the cloud of pot smoke hovering about the desk.

See... Qwan was just stuck on the 9 hell level when he suggested this, that's all.

I would suggest that the free-flowingness skill give up to a 50% chance of not being hit by a car when crossing the street.

There should be a new protection skill for this class, for avoiding papercuts, or perhaps a weaponry skill to give monsters papercuts that give a 1 dmg 1 second bleed and is stackable.

If taken seriously, writer class should have penalty to Defense and Melee, some Bonus to Magic, Learning, Recipe making, Social or Learning skills. But it sounds more like a NPC to Me, therefore, it describes the Seer perfectly. In that case, the game allready has this.
