Default The new whois function

So there I was all bored and out of TEECEES so I found this hidden Whois option with voice response that is in beta so of course I had to try it out, first I did a whois on Sexyy and then one on Relic, I don't know about you guys but I think its ready for release as it was right on the money XD

*this doesn't really exist, its just a joke you humorless bastards*
