a couple of things are wrong with the pouch.
1) the draw is too random. and can greatly effect the outcome of a battle. specially pvp.
2) with the Gem Handling skill unless it is at 100 you have no garuntee of anything. and at 100 you will start battle with 4 gems in play. with those 4 gems in play only 1 can be a damage gem. which kinda hurts you if you need damage gems, usually the idea if your trying to damage someone/something

I mentioned earlier I woulden't bother mentioning why I suggested this.
But since some people are finding it to hard to understand I will.
Glitchless has mentioned, and even implemented patches in the past (Take PvP/PvE damage change patch for example) that were simply implemented for the sole purpose that PvP battles were much to random, which is why he equalized PvP damage to PvE damage.
With that in mind, I have come across numerous situations in PvP battles, :Example: Where as I would win 10 fights in a row, and then on the 11th fight I did not draw any of my aura gems and I would lose horribly.
Players have put alot of thought, expierence, and time into planning, buying, and skilling aura gems and aura buffing skills, infact there are a couple classes that completely depend auras, like Dark Knights, Paladins, and Casters, But they are equally important to all classes.
To have a chance of starting battle without these gems in play is much to random, and undeniably places PvP into a bracket of luck, not skill or expierence
That is why I suggest a change, I understand luck is always a factor no matter what, but the current aura mechanic drawing system is flawed, and relies completely on luck or chance thus making PvP combat random, and non skill or gear based.

I suggest a change, for many reason which I will not bother naming.

During the event of an event, your paid status/s could have an affect on how much event bonus you are allowed to take part in.
Eg;
Free accounts- Cannot take part in events.
Standard- 1/2 of event bonus.
Premium- Full bonus to event bonus.

And there would be no point in taking the skill to 100 anymore.
It's annoying to not have a 100% chance to get the gems on the beginning of the fight, but at skill 20, you already have 3x 20% chance to get 1 of the 3 gems in play at the beginning.
And if you argue at higher levels the pouch is huge, so is your skill!
At level 50, u'll most likely have 60+ skill, wich means almost always 2 out of 3 auras start in play.
That's like complaining a Bow user - before a combined level ~100 in Ambush and the other 2 ranged crit skills - can't guarantee a ranged critical hit on the first hit.
And then even if you can, you can miss.
What about Double Strike or Trishot? How's that for random?
You want everything to rest clean and cut in your strategy, but it shouldn't. For anyone.
It's meant to be a challenge and as you level up, you gain more and more control over the whims of luck by maxing your skills.

Counter Suggestion:
1 - Double the chance for first turn Draw on the current Gem Handling skill.
So at skilll 50 you'll have 100% chance to draw the gems on first turn.
2 - Add: You have a ~0.2% chance per empty "in play" slot to get an aura gem from your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th pouch slots instead of a completely random gem when you draw.
As you get more gems into play (without using them) your chance to get the remaining aura gems decreases, but at the same time, you know wich one you'll draw when you do.
This way is less" 1 shot success/failure" and gives you multiple chances across the fight to get Auras -> wich are long term benefits.

Sounds like a good suggestion as well.
But next time, there is no need to get so personal, and make assumptions
