Gem artwork: players contribution

Some of the gems that came into the game after release use the same icon/artwork as other gems. It's confusing & annoying when casting gems in tough battles. For example: Transcendence & Discourage jeweling look exactly the same, and there are many more. I guess that's because there are more gems into the game than initially planned (i.e. limited amount of artwork).

My suggestion: let the players contribute to make new artwork for the gems by means of a contest. Some basic guidelines like colors, resolution, format, ... are needed. The winner could get a TC (even nothing will do).

It's a win / win: no need for glitchless to spend money on a designer, and the players have something fun to do and will get rid of an annoyance.

whats your point?

from epic damage gems update:

"Gems of Dominance
A total of 467 epic gems have been added to the game which do more damage and cost less mana than their non-epic counterparts."

edit: just realized that includes all the different ranks of 1 type .... bottomline: if there are enough to give every gem a unique one, please do that, if not please accept help from the players

I agree the idea of new artwork would be good if only to help distinguish them easier.
