local chat?

I'd really like to have the option to chat with the people in my current location, especially in a town. This would make finding groups much easier. If players also had the option to ignore local chat, it would drastically reduce the number of people getting irritated by unwanted group requests.

yeah this would be a big help.

this game needs much more chat options and channels. i think the reason they havent yetis theres not that many players and they have other things to work on.

what i normally ended up doing is inspecting other players and pming ones i thought might want to group. but yeah it sucks to go down a list and pm everyone, since most dont pay attention to civil chat anyway, or it gets lost in the spam
