Banned Before the Reign

I think that having nikita as a moderator was a mistake, I was banned for 2 days for something that happened BEFORE nikita was made a moderator and i recieved 2 infraction points. If you are taking this route then why not be fair. I think nikita should have to go back to every post of every thread in every section and ban anyone that has ever made a negative comment, I think it was him demonstrating his " power " when he banned me.

Viper was punished for a thread that was made way before uncivil forums were introduced, only because someone brought it back up.

It's only fair to unfairly get rid of the new Mod because Morrodin can't accept he did something wrong.

I have a suggestion.

No one is allowed to whine unless they have received the mark of Glitchless, ie getting max rep for dissing certain people.

Whoever said i cant accept that i did something, wrong? I said that it was unfair of the mod to ban only a few people over for previous actions, if he is going that route he should ban everyone and read every post

That is the point, he might as well let all people suffer. Why was i banned when the people that posted things a couple days beofore me werent? That is unfair IMO

Morrodin, I can sincerely apologize for this infraction. I was tricked by two other posters who sent in complaints about your post and I did not notice that the date of the post was made before the crack-down on mean posts. You did not deserve that.

I doubt anyone really wants to go and read through every post to find a reason to ban someone.

Even if they only searched for threads with a certain word, that could take hours if not days.

Personally, I don't think it's worth it.

But hey, Glitchless pulled a little skeleton out of my closet as well.

Ok so now what? I was banned for 2 days, for something that happened in the past. Do i get compensation for time? do i get revenge on certain people? I think that it was unfair. I got 2 infractions for a rule that was made after i commited them, THere is a law against that in real life for laws

So if I get banned, does that mean I can't connect through a proxy and start a new name? Because then all my tricks would be banned too.

If you are temporarily banned, all you have to do is log out of your account and you can still use forums or make a new one.

No clue about permanently banned accounts.
