better wars and daze/mes/stun suggestion
wars would be alot more fun and all good builds could become active in them if a player could not force clan battle on an enemy if they are over 15 lvls higher than them, only the lower lvl, or group of lower lvls could force on the higher (since everyone complains that all [smart] clans only send their lvl 70 chars to fight in wars, making it less fun).
i am aware that ppl have unsuccessfully suggested that credit only be given within 5 lvls or so of the attacker, and answered with: the reason its not that way is because a clan of uber lvl 25's would never be beaten. however, within 15 lvls gives a high enough advantage that this would not be possible. i think it would provide much more diversity in wars, and make it more fun and enjoyable for everybody

also, the rank 2+ daze/mes/stun require waaay too much mana/nrg to use, making them useless for all builds/classes. in pvm, they arent useful (even the rank 1's have their limits), and in pvp, only the rank 1's are cost effective. any higher rank, and only a complete and utter moron would use them to stall the enemy for a few xtra seconds at the cost of all, or basically all, of their mana/nrg.
i have seen no one use these higher ranks since they came out, and for good reason - the cost to use them should definitely be lowered
