concerning clan wars

Why is that my character is affected by being involved in a war that he has no part in. What do i mean by this, i was travelling with someone involved in a clan war of which i had no part and as a result was defeated. Now that my charcter is in a clan i can't help with the war as a result of this, i was given the message that i had been defeated in a clan war and had to wait 957 minutes, wth is up with that. This is unfortunate and i hope the situation in regards to this will be changed. If imyself am not part of the clan war of my travelling companion then i should not suffer the consequences of defeat.

first off, you were grouped in battle when hte duel was declared, yes? or you wouldn't have been pulled into a clan war you were not involved with. I partially agree that you maybe should not be exposed to the clan war, but on the flip side, your grouped members can force you to hit static bosses as well, so it's a mixed feeling for me...

second. when you join a clan, you do not pay taxes, nor are you eligible to participate in clan war 24 hours after you join the clan. no exeptions. everyone has that, that is where the 954 min is from ~16 hours real time left before you can participate in a clan battle.
