Clan war truce

Recently PoWeR and LoOnY have went to war which was a set up by a few players who wanted to take a jump on PoWeR. We(PoWeR) were wayyy weaker and more unprepared for this and both sides have agreed that we want a truce option......with the series of events power has taken makes this more even but now the war is just gunna go on forever



just something we talked about ingame that many many people on both sides of the war would agree on

To be honest, it seems you guys got sabotaged. That is part of war, send spies in to infiltrate, and it seems you trusted the spy and the spy started the war.

well most people want a truce it was more an overall idea rather than just for our problems

A truce option would be very benefitial, especially when war is on account of one person in both clans. Either way, many find the war not to be as they wanted or longer than expected. Both sides may get tired and here a truce option would be useful. This is the case of the war between LoOnY and PoWeR.... Thanks for suggestion zoid.

Edit ~ this is wanted by a majority of both clans in the war.

If this was actually going to be a war, it was going to be a good one.

There needs to be a way to leave wars that are fail sauce from the start. Maybe a 3 day min time, with option for surrender or ceasefire. If surrender is the chosen then a 1/4-1/2 RP loss with a 50%-65% gain for the winner ceasefire both sides loose 25% RP and 10% dominance.


Also maybe to avoid further problems like this, add a lock on anyone trying to start a war who is in both clans that would be involved. Just modify the immunity of dual clan, to include an in ability to start a war or end a war regardless of rank in either clan. (Btw that is an exploit and if its implemented please remember me)

Such things are a part of war.

However if such a surrender BS thing was even considered, make it 95% of the RP and all runes will be confiscated by the victorious clan.

If truce was implemented, both clans will lose 75% of the RP so they learn that next time, carry on with the war.

People are afraid to war because they might lose. PKs go PK knowing full well they risk everything, yet they still do it.

Grow some balls and war you wussies.

I could NOT even get a dang fight this war period. Not for the lack of trying, I think either side will tell you.

Its not a matter of wont fight, or cowardly. Its a matter of the stupid war is a stalemate and most modern wars Have truces, ceasefires, and losses.


As for your extremist attitude, you sir seem a fool. 90% rune power loss is a crippling blow. What clan would bother to war ever if their only option is win or die? This is not Iraq, WWII, Vietnam, whatever its a game meant to be fun.

FYI PK as it stands in this game sickens me, some jerk decides he wants to massacre lowbies for fun and can steal their items.. That don't sit well with me, and I personally hope to one day hunt Pk's down and take great pleasure in permanently killing them. And returning as many of the stolen items as I can.

You can take your pu$$ified BS version of a war someone else, because if any real hardcore clan got to War you, there would be no stalemate or anything.

95% is meant to be a punishing blow. Your butt got owned, but you don't want your clan totally wasted, so this is put in place so that the clan has time to rethink it's strategy while bring its RP back up.

Don't forget you can easily sell 1 TC for 100k to get you RP back up.

PKing is the ultimate risk all or nothing adventure.

My last time even bothering to read a post by you, if there is an ignore list for forums I hope to find it.

With a mindset like yours I am glad I can choose not to interact with you. And I do use the word "mind" with the very least amount of confidence you posses much more than the scant knuckle dragging mentality of the oft fabled missing link.

The mere sight of your ill informed and obviously weak attempts at social interaction frankly revolts me. I have read more enlightened opinions penned by the witless, moronic, and deranged. I can only hope that I never meet you in real life for fear that I will actually confirm that we as humanity have failed in some essential way or function.

Furthermore individuals with your limited capabilities both mental and emotionally should be identified and forcefully exiled from society to a very remote location with no ability to infect the outside world with your ill conceived idiocy.

It isn't socially acceptable to flame those with different opinions.

I wonder who has the lowest mentality now. To be unable to accept the fact that there is such a thing as a different opinion besides yours.

Simple fact is, Loony wanted a war, had a plant as an officer to facilitate that end. Now that the tables are turned, they want a truce.

Zoid, being the gentleman that he is, has listened to Loony's request and agreed to some form of dialogue.

But that's Zoid, I'm a goon. Let us clean up the trash for ya a bit more Zoid, and then you can negotiate from a superior position? :P

Not to mention the RP loss due to the ganking, there should be some reparation for that.

Click on the "USER-CP" link on the top bar in the forums. then on the left there is a list of options. under "Settings & Options" there is a link called "Edit Ignore List" if you add someone to that list all the posts from that person will be hidden from your view while viewing threads.

The way the current system is, there shouldnt be a truce option, you're lucky to begin with that you can pick and choose who you want to have an ongoing fight with. last I checked, the president didnt call japan on the 6th to make the sure the whole "pearl harbor" thing was still on. Suck it up and get over it.

so far this war has been even with what PoWeR has done to turn the tabels.
both sides wish for peace and want this overwith..... i believe the penaltys should be high but i still think it should be an option.......
WWI was ended with peace so what can PoWeR vs. LoOnY be ended with a truce?

WWI and WWII ended with a truce after most of Europe was rubble

Yea, after the intense fighting and bloodbath was over...but not a minute sooner. They fought until Hitler was dead and he had hardly anything left.
